Since its launch in Australia, Gumtree’s offering has significantly increased. The challenge was to promote the increased capabilities of the website to increase quantity & transactional values.



The Gumtree Garden was created to bring to life the enormous capabilities of the website. All elements of the Gumtree Garden were sourced from the website and built over 48 hours, including furniture, staff, artists, entertainers, florists, stylists and security personnel.

The Garden operated as an art installation during the day and became a pop-up bar during the evenings. We worked with Hayden Quinn (Masterchef) to create a celebrity designed menu.
