Creata developed a consumer friendly microsite to streamline the entry mechanic from SMS entry to online, for this successful promotion.
The microsite made it simple and easy for customers to enter the competition with fewer barriers to entry than the previous year.
Given all elements of the promotion remained the same, as a direct result of the introduction of the microsite McDonald’s experienced a growth of 6.4 times the amount of entries versus using SMS the previous year.
